Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Engage AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Service access
Engage AI provides customer engagement, workflow automation, messaging, reporting, and AI-assisted operational tools. Access may depend on your organization, assigned role, subscription, and configured providers.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activities performed through your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Engage AI only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer protection, and anti-spam rules.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
- Do not bypass permissions, rate limits, provider policies, or security controls.
3. Customer data and content
Your organization remains responsible for customer data, conversation content, templates, broadcast recipients, appointment details, and any other materials submitted to Engage AI.
You grant us the rights needed to process that content for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
4. AI-assisted output
Engage AI may generate drafts, summaries, suggestions, classifications, and workflow recommendations. AI output should be reviewed before use where accuracy, compliance, or customer impact matters.
Business-critical writes and customer commitments should remain subject to your organization’s approval rules and operating procedures.
5. Third-party services
Engage AI may integrate with messaging providers, calendar services, AI providers, identity services, and other third-party systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, security controls, provider integrations, and these terms as the product evolves.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or provider-policy risk.
Your organization may stop using the service according to the applicable subscription or service agreement.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to your Engage AI administrator or support contact.
